About the Siasat founders

Started my working life with a consulting organisation in which we offered member engagement programmes for superannuation funds, unions, ebas and large scale corporations, paving the way to a new outlook on member engagement. Along side sales training to these organisations and scaling programs in the pursuit of new members and member retention, we were able to use innovating and unique ways to help these business in member engagement and retention, as simple as setting up tipping competitions which allowed these organisations to engage with their members every single week and provide further services during the footy seasons. After four years we were purchased by group income protection organisation to begin working under their banner. Within three years I became the head of operations for the entire insurance arm, looking after the businesses day to day processes, policies, hr, marketing, all whilst creating one of Australia's leading claims organisations and were recognised by Lloyds of London as the leading claims organisation in our field. ​

After almost 10 years within the insurance industry an opportunity then arose to be apart of a new division in a completely different field (air conditioning) . The service industry is a highly competitive market but was able to within two years build a team of 12 technicians along with a service manager and admin staff. Working with over 150 real estate agents, childcares, universities, aged care and large scale developers to name a few whilst completing 40 service calls a day.

A few years later I opened up a new division in the another state and within 12 months the business was in full operation with an in house sales and a team of 12 installers, quickly becoming one of the leading air conditioning installation businesses in the ACT. ​

SIASAT has being the dream and the goal and here we are today ready to change the way business owners operate but most importantly shifting the mindset on what running a business is really about.
